Sam Davis is Founder and Co-CEO of Scale—a strategic advisory firm providing communications counsel to leading executives. The firm was founded in 2022 to position leaders navigating the challenges and opportunities of disruptive technologies, stakeholder activism and constantly shifting geopolitical dynamics.

Sam is a new media strategist and advisor to Boards and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to founding Scale, Sam was Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Social & Digital Media at Teneo, a communications advisory firm. He founded and led the digital and social media practice, positioning the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, tech unicorns, and financial services firms across new media platforms.

Previously, Sam advised Maria Sharapova, Novak Djokovic, Kei Nishikori, and Caroline Wozniacki across traditional, digital, and social media.

Sam began his career and spent three years as a policy analyst for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) advising her on key issues including broadband access, consumer privacy, and gaming safety. He was also a senior researcher for President Obama’s Transition Team under then-Chair, John Podesta.

Sam is a graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
